Fried Red Snapper With Head On?

My wife and I decided to go out to lunch today and we ordered the fried fish. It was a nice restaurant that is quite popular and seats about fifty people or so. Lunch is their specialty and they were packed and super busy. We had to wait about ten minutes for a table, but that was not too bad, it was just enough time to make us more hungry than we already were. Once we sat down we looked over the menu and noticed that there was a special called "fried red snapper" so we both ordered it. It came with rice and a salad, which are both excellent side items. Once the special orders arrived we noticed that the head was still on the red snapper fish. It was a bit odd looking at the eyes of the fish that were were about to eat, but not too bad. The fish was amazing and so tasty. It was not too deep fried, but kind of. I am not sure how they do it because it almost looked like it was grilled or baked. It did not have that thick layer of fried coating that most foods do. It was a few hours ago that we ate and right now I am doing so great, everything is perfect. Not too full, not hungry, just right. I am sipping on a big glass of water because my wife wants me to drink at least ten glasses of water a day, and I have to listen to my wife because she is the boss.

There is also great and wonderful news from today's lunch, and that is we had extra so we got to take some red snapper home with us and it is in the fridge right now. Later I get to make tacos with the tortillas that we picked up the other day from the local market. Maybe I will have a midnight snack tonight, or it could be a great lunch for tomorrow. I can't wait to put this spicy salsa on it, it is so hot that I start to cry, and this is the only time I like to cry in my life.
