Coffee On Sunday Afternoon

My wife and I decided to go out last night because we wanted to see all the people dressed up for Halloween. It was fun, a little too much fun. We ended up staying out way past my bedtime. We started out in downtown Seattle in Pioneer Square and never left. It was such a great time to see how all the people love to celebrate this holiday. We did not get dressed up and we kind of got looked at funny by a few people, but oh well, next year we will get all decked out in some cool Halloween costumes. I don't like to drink alcohol all that much, but last night I went for it a bit and ended up having quite a few. Today I am paying for it, not too bad, but my body let me know that I can't do what I used to back when I was in my early twenties.

So to get today going in the right direction I just had a gallon of water and then three shots of espresso coffee. The shots go right over the ice and into my mouth and then into my stomach. I am doing much better now and I am enjoying writing. Sometimes it is just so fun to share what you do and just get it out, even if not that many people read it. It is kind of like a journal for me and it is well known the benefits of writing in a journal. Tonight shall be a great night thanks to the coffee, and living in Seattle at this time of year coffee is a wonderful thing. Hope to have a fulfilling and productive week coming up.
