Thai Ginger Redmond Town Center

Easter is over and all finished. It was a fun holiday with family and friends. I ended up eating way too much and have had a bigger belly than I would want to have, but oh well. My wife has a mother that just loves to cook the most amazing meals on days like this. I also ended up eating quite a few chocolate bunnies and about a dozen of those little yellow peeps. They are so good and I have loved over indulging in the sugar sinning since I was a young tot.

Well, let's change the subject and talk about lunch yesterday at a great place, Thai Ginger Redmond Town Center. Was able to leave work for a bit and meet my wife for about one hour and we really enjoyed our meal, I mean really enjoyed it. We did a review of the menu and decided to start off with a bowl of the egg noodle soup and just loved it. Curry is right up my ally, but my wife is not into it that much. The order for me was red curry with those tasty bamboo shoots, yummy! She ordered the phad thai and I can't blame her for that move. Delicious is the word that enters into my mind as I type this post up. We ordered lemon grass hot tea because it helps with the digestion and makes the entire experience that much better. It was a great meal and one restaurant in the Seattle area that it recommended highly by myself and the love of my life. The service was fast and gave me plenty of time to return to work with a happy stomach and the rest of my day ended up going well. I did end up making a run to the local drive through coffee shop at about four in the afternoon, but I do this everyday. Hey, what can I say, it is Seattle, WA and that is what we do here, we drink espressos and stuff like that.
