Slimming Down for Summer
It's been a long winter and it seems that just like bears I have grown an extra layer of skin but it actually a result of my rich eating habits this winter, food that was absolutely phenomenal but also very high in calories and now you can definitely tell. Time for a cleanse the wife says, and this means staying at home a lot eating tons of grilled items, vegetables, salads and of course much much needed water. All of this makes my lunch break a bit difficult because well lunch places to go to mostly sell fast food that in just one meals has enough calories for my whole day. But today I am so happy I found an alternative, it is teriyaki chicken, its absolutely delicious and they offer brown rice instead of traditional if you ask. Comes with the standard salad and you get so much of it that you'll have enough for the next day to. I tried a place called toshi's bellevue wa which is has fast service and within the first ten minutes of your break you'll be already eating taking the time factor out of getting back to work on time. Chicken breast, brown rice, salad and of course drink plenty of water, a healthy meal with tons of flavor.
