Vegetarian Omelet with the Wife

Today was a strange day, well, i mean this morning. My wife and I decided to go out to breakfast and share the morning meal together. We don't get to spend all that much time together, as much as I would like, so any chance I get to go with her somewhere together I do.

The restaurant that we visited was nice. It was clean, well organized, and had a good feel to it. I ordered my coffee, because I LOVE COFFEE, and she ordered her grapefruit juice, which is her favorite. We took some extra time to order because I was holding things up. I could not make my mind up. They had this neat meat omelet, but for some reason it was not sounding that good to me today. I was in the mood for vegetables. Yes, that is a very odd thing to be in the mood for, but I was. I ordered the vegetarian omelet and she ordered her eggs fried over easy. It came with fried potatoes, or hash browns, and some toast. We enjoyed our breakfast and it was very tasty. I am writing this in the afternoon and I don't have that sluggish feeling that can come after a big meal like that. I like the restaurant and will be returning, hopefully with my wife. She is so funny sometimes and laughing is so good for us.
