My Own Mexican Food Creation

Last night I was all alone because my wife is out of town on a business trip. It happens, and although some people think that the man of the household should be the one that does all the money making and such, that is not how it is these days. Women are smarter then us men, in my own opinion. We might have differences and stuff, but I think we are a bit lower than them as far as being who is smarter.

So, since I am all alone, I made some Mexican food. I took re-fried beans and put them on a tortilla. Next, I took the pan out from under the oven and put it on the stove top and warmed it up. I put a pinch of oil on there, just a little and then got some cheese out of the refrigerator. I put the cheese on top of the re-fried beans and then put another tortilla on top and made kind of a sandwich. I put it on the pan and let it start to brown and get hot. I flipped it over and then when it was all finished I put it on a plate and let it cool down for a minute or two. That was it. I had a burrito look alike and enjoyed it. I did forget to mention that I cooked it so much that some of the cheese came out the side and it turned brown, which is always tasty because when the cheese burns a bit it is so yummy. I bought some green tea in a can which had a bit of sugar in it, but it was so good that I did not care. All-in-all it was an excellent meal even though I had to make it and eat it all by myself. I did make enough so there would be left overs for today, so when I finish writing on here I will be warming up a plate of yesterday's Mexican food concoction. I can't wait because writing about this got me all hungry.
