Wow, just when the summer was starting to get fun I get knocked down with a stomach flu. I have been yacking and spending hours in the restroom. No fun I tell you. The last time this has happened was when I was about thirteen and my mom had to sit next to me the whole time because I was in so much pain. This is death. I was on the ground for like three hours just wondering when in the world the thing would calm down. Luckily it has calmed down a bit now and I can type and think.
I am not sure where it came from. It could have been from a boston cream donut but I am not sure. The only thing that I care about right now is to get over this thing. Started drinking gatorade and just had some chicken noodle soup. Those two things seem to make the most sense because there are electrolytes in the drink and salt in the soup. Not really sure if I need the salt, but it tastes so good and is easy to get down, to that makes it alright. Hopefully it will end by tonight or into tomorrow because this weekend I want to get out and go for a hike on Sunday with my wife. Guess this is the mid week are you alive check up. My work is good and they let me have today off, can make up the work tomorrow if the flu keeps going away like it has been over the last few hours. You never know with these things, it might sneak up on me and send my running to the bathroom. Just keep thinking about the movie dumb and dumber.
