OK, let's remember to the time that you first had the taste of a vegetable. Can you remember that? If you were like me in any way you had carrots. The carrot was so easy for us to eat. They did not taste that good then, but know they are a whole lot better tasting.
Anyway, now let's talk about boiled vegetables versus the raw crunchy kind.
Which way is better for you? Well, the raw crunchy kind is the best. The have to be washed though because you never know where the people who picked the vegetables hands have been. Once washed you can start eating, but not all. You should peel the carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, and then there are the ones that you don't have to do anything with like the peppers, tomatoes, and broccoli.
Yes, boiled can taste so much better because of the amount of MELTED BUTTER that you can put on top, also you can then sprinkle salt and pepper on. And yes, eating vegetables this way is still acceptable even though it is not the best for you because you get rid of some of the nutrients during the boil and then you add bad things on top like pounds of butter and salt.
When in doubt, pick the crunchy raw vegetables. You can dip them into salad dressing if you must. If you around people who have bad nerves then make sure to crunch away from their ears.
The fiber benefits are amazing for your digestive system with the eating of the crunchy green raw vegetables.
Thanks for reading, Johnny, and eat those vegetables, raw style.
